Product Rating What is your opinion of this product? Ok Here's the straight dope on this pedal. It is small, light and very easy to use. You plug your guitar into it then to the amp and stomp. What ever noise you have associated with single coil pickups disappears. If you have particularly nasty hum, there is a switch that with fix that. So far so good, now here is the fly in the ointment. When engaged the pedal adds a small amount of slap back to your sound. The tone is unchanged but it does add a bit of slap to your overall sound. In the clean mode it is hardly noticeable. With distortion it's there. Not to a degree that ruins your sound but it is audible. I used a 50's Fender Stratocaster with '54 reissue pickups through a Mustand iv amp and with the overdrive going it gave me a bit of slap back. Playing with a band I doubt you would notice it. On a clean tone you can't tell. It does get rid of the 60 cycle hum and does not change your tone at all. try it and see if you like it.
