Product Rating Product Review Absolutely the best chorus pedal. Simple one knob and one slider switch to get any usable chorus effect one would want or need. Sure, other pedals have 20 or 30 Knobs and 1000s of chorus effects, but 990 of those sounds aren't usable or practical and takes manuals the size of "War and Peace" to learn to use the pedal. The Small Clone is easy to use, practical, sounds amazing, and after 30yrs I just now had to replace my very first one because they are built like a tank!

Amazing chorus for grunge

Product Review This chorus is amazing for nirvana songs and other grunge bands, I don’t give it 5 stars because sometimes with distortion (I’m using the boss ds-1) the sound gets all muddy and you can’t detail the notes like with other chorus pedals. If you’re trying to go for that nirvana vibe, or you’re just a big fan like myself, get this pedal.

Product Review The range and sweetness of this chorus pedal are what really impressed me, as well as the "built like a tank" construction. Can't go wrong with EHX. Nicer than I expected, really. Nice addition to any pedalboard.

Product Review This is a great chorus pedal. The revision that changed the DC input jack type has made this a much more pedal board friendly pedal.

Product Review I use this to get that James Herfield/Dimebag clean tone and this is perfect for that. And one knob to dial in just a wee bit of chorus for that type of clean tone so fuss free.

Product Review Just a great chorus pedal.. it doesn’t rob your tone.. it adds a thickness.. not too much or to little... it sounds great to me and just what I wanted for old school rock n roll, blues and county. Made like a tank and priced like it was yesterday.. and you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to adjust the knob and flip a switch. No rack needed just plug and play!

Product Review Having gone back and forth between digital / emulated effects and analog / practical effects, I decided to add a Small Clone to my pedalboard. If I had one complaint about the unit, it would be that it has a switch for two different depth settings instead of an adjustment pot. That said, when I plugged in I found that of the two settings available for depth there is one that suits me just fine. The pedal is very quiet, and does not color my tone in any way. True bypass is always an added benefit. Electro Harmonix builds these pedals to last, and I can’t see myself ever moving to another chorus pedal from this one. I’m in love. Rig - Fender USA strat with EMGs into a Peavey 6505 head / cabinet. The pedal adds great modulation to both clean tones and leads. BUY THIS.

Product Review I'm really enjoying my small clone. Sounds great through my Orange 35rt and telecaster, along with my delay pedal it added a very ambient sound.

Product Review The small clone is a very effective, simple and easy to use pedal. It's got the whole spectrum of chorus effects, if you're looking for a very basic and straightforward chorus pedal it knocks it out of the park in my opinion. If you are looking for a more spaced out or extremely broad range effects it my be a little lacking with it's controls. This is my second electro harmonix pedal and it's solidly lived up to my expectations and quality.

Its metal casing seems strong and im sure it will dent easily. Ordered it yesterday and got it today, Im sure It will stand up nicely if I gig it. Your general opinion of this product. This chorus pedal is awesome, just got it and have played it for the last 4 hours non stop and it is holding up great. Its basically fool proof and it easier than any other pedal in case you probably want switch it on stage it will just take a small knob adjustment or switch toggle. Try every setting with the knob turn, just adjust it to every dial and with either depth setting and you will get it what you want even a great sounding leslie effect Looks nice and shiny. A Fat Shiny Pedal.

Your general opinion of this product.

QUALITY:
Metal casing, comes sealed in a nice wooden box. Has gigged very well.

FEATURES:
You might consider it more limited than the usual chorus pedal...it's not two choices for settings "depth" or " " Deep gives a lush chorus and set at even 12 o'clock is relatively a low rate of wobble. Set to the blank "up" position, will give you a much higher rate, with less chorus. You might think that limited, but really if you care for sound and tone verses merk and crap, it's all you need because to have the chorus set very deep with a lot of rate always makes for a sonic mess, this way you can avoid that and still have all the options, it's just sort of been fool proofed.

EASE OF USE:
Because it's fool proof, it's extremely easy to use.

VALUE:
At $100 it's got to be the best chorus pedal on the planet for the price. Most other pedals costing even 3 times more don't have this much tone.

SOUND:
That's wh

Your general opinion of this product.

QUALITY:
Definitely not built like a tank. It will not set level on the floor. The housing is flimsy. The footswitch is loud, creating a loud 'pop' when you turn it on.

FEATURES:
Only two features; One rate knob, and a depth switch.

EASE OF USE:
Very simple; a twist of a knob or a flick of a switch.

VALUE:
It stays in a box on the shelf. Sorry, but didn't find a place for it on my pedal board.

SOUND:
Not a bad chorus sound

Your general opinion of this product.

QUALITY:
As with all Electro Harmonix pedals, this comes with a nice metal casing that feels rugged and road worthy. The knob and toggles are all nice, tight and responsive. The depth switch and knob even feel rugged enough to stand up to using your switch to toggle and turn.

FEATURES:
Overall, the features are slightly lacking compared to other chorus pedals. There is a knob for the rate, but depth only has a toggle going from almost subtle to over the top. A knob to actually fine tune depth and other tweaks would be nice, but they're only slightly missed.

EASE OF USE:
It's pretty straight forward. Plug guitar into one hole, the other hole to the amp. Push button, flip toggle and turn knob. The positioning of all knobs and toggles are even in a decent position for using your foot to tune.

VALUE:
Not the cheapest and not the most expensive of the chorus effects out there. You get a classic sound and a lot of
