Product Rating Your general opinion of this product. I did my research before I made my purchase, but to actually have it and use it.... I was very impressed! I am definitely satisfied and the buying experience at AMS was equally satisfying!!! Absolutely!! You can tell by the weight... And since I have experience with a lot of different units... I could tell immediately the quality!! I would recommend it to anybody in the market for a high quality turntable. Well being that I have experience with other decks, it wasn't a problem for me at all... But if I were a novice, I would still say it was pretty easy to set up... Ease of use has more to do with your skill level as a DJ. The torque... It is very strong which is a huge benefit with certain scratching techniques. Perfect! Absolutely!!

Very well built! Once you pick it up you will see why! Very dependable great for scratching and club or private gigs won't break down or skip. It's super fast start/stop time and the ability to adjust it. It's perfect the way it is no need to add anything else besides a better needle. Super easy to use! Compare to other products this has got to be almost a plug and play product. Only took 2 minutes to learn how to use it (maybe because the excitement of trying it) also assuming you've used a turntable before. Manual? I only read the cut sheet to set it up and even that only took 3 or 4 steps! Playable? like I said almost a plug and play type of thing. Tone is great it deserves the 5 stars (tried it only using Serato control Vinyls) Your general opinion of this product. Definitely a turntable made to last a lifetime! I was surprised by its weight and beautiful layout. Motor has been great. I would definitely recommend these for any dj trying to get an excellent product at a decent price.

Very dependable other than those needles. Product made well I like the ffact that it has to start and stop buttons. The only thing i would change are the needles. They went out on me after about a month. No worries though I went and brought the Shure M-44's. Product is easy to use.Works great with my serato.Used it as soon as they were delivered. The manual was right to the point. Good Your general opinion of this product. Quality product. Great Buy! Great Value

The Srt-8 is hefty 36 lbs 10 more than a Technics 1200. Excellent design layout for the club or battle dj in mind The cool blue light for strobe and picth makes it bad meaning good! The 4.5 Hp motor most powerful in the game super fast start up. Never misses a beat or cue. The pack in Stanton 680 HP cartridge is a plus get's you up and running quick and sounds great. The straight arm is solid. The Pitch controls on the STR-8 is awesome you can even do Screw mixes. Reverse is great cool to use. Simple plug and play stylus light is practical and easy to change if needed And it's digital outs makes it cool for any studio application Very easy right out the box operation! It's turntable for Dj's Sounds great with the Stanton 680 Hp or Shure M-44's or 7's which I use on the turntable regularly. Your general opinion of this product. After 30 years of being a Dj/Producer I left the industry standard Technics 1200 for the STR-8 and I can say I'm not missing the 1200's at all. Yes I'm very well pleased with the pair!

This product feels like it will last longer than me! We will see how dependable it is, only a month old. All the lights!! A place to put the 45 adapter. On off switch in front. Very easy, was using it within minutes of removing from box. Sounds great! Your general opinion of this product. I love this sucker, it's very heavy make sure your base is sturdy. I thought it was kinda pricey but I have seen a lot more expensive though, I think I got what I paid for.
