nIce construction. It feels strong and well made. It has been with me under heavy usa e for almost 6 years now without a glitch or any discernible diminishing in the quality of the output.

The look, feel, and performance of this product is of a surprisingly high standard. I've only owned it for a couple of months, but it has been impressive in a number of recording sessions.

It's mic stand adapter is a bit unusual, but it looks great. It has to be screwed on tightly to the mic stand if used at a 90-degree angle, because of the weight of the mic.

How is its Tone?
I bought this mic because of previous reviewers' comparisons to the U87. I have to agree -- its aural qualities are very similar. It's a very satisfying feeling to hear how flatteringly it captures the fundamentals and harmonics of an instrument or voice.
