Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This amp is solid. I have played SWR for some years now and have had very good luck with most of the gear. Only thing I wouldn't ever buy again is the WP cabs. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The new Bass Intensifier was a sweet add by Fender. Gives more of the low bottom end that some other SWR heads lack, like the 550X I used to own. I don't recommend that head! Sound How is the tone? Beautiful! Crystal clear highs with bottom end and a little growl if you crank the gain a bit. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? This is the amp SWR should have made a long time ago! I even think this one is better than their SM series for my classic hard rock music.
