Overall Your general opinion of this product. This is a very well made guitar and an awesome value! Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? This is a very easy and comfortable guitar to play. My main guitar is a professionally set up and maintained strat, so this was a surprisingly nice guitar. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? It's a little thin and heavy on the mids. Plugging in really opens her up. I do have a great home monitoing system though. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? A really good looking guitar, not just " for the money". Action How was the action out of the box? The action was very acceptable. I'll probably lower it just a tad, but it's totally playable.
