I found it Easy to use, and the mastering feature is easy to operate.
I would like a "normalize: feature, for eq-ing separate tracks, and to keep all the songs at the same level. Would be nice if you could export all mastered tracks simultaneously
Ease of Use:
was very easy to use. easy to use with a monitor, and CPU. Is a quick start item. Manual was very concise, and easy to understand. I found this iten to be very user friendly
Reliability:
only owned for a month, but so far so good
Overall:
Very Eady to use, and very clean sound.

SURPRISED BY SIZE!
Quality:
Very well made, sturdy, no flimsy pots or wiggly buttons, LED is easy to read, ports and inputs/outputs are secure. Get the AC adapter with it. It's needed.
Features:
All features and top-notch; however, I was impressed with the individual track REVERB. Wow!
Ease of Use:
My ONLY complaint area: a bit cumbersome setting up for SD CARD to record new songs. Lots of wheel rolling and button pushing - took me about 30 minutes to learn how to set up, record and playback, and editing/saving new unmixed song tracks. However, beyond these minor complaints, once you get the hang of it, the sound quality will simply blow you away! I have always been a fan of TASCAM.
Sound:
TRUE and amazing. I use Behringer monitors, too- and they are, in my opinion, the very best studio recording speakers. Are they what makes the difference? I don't think so; but they help!
Reliability:
I have owned this product for only a few weeks; but past TASCAM products have lasted for decades in my experience.
Overall:
I am so pleased with this product. Yes, when I first saw it's 8 3/4" x 5" x 1 1/2" stature, and felt it's minimal weight, a slight worry crossed my mind. Having now recorded several songs, I am blown away by the sound quality. Even the Internal Mics record true!

I find this to be a well made product, considering that you can take it almost anywhere!
Features:
I love almost everything about this multitrack machine! Including you can fade a song out in mixdown mode!!
Ease of Use:
All the functions are very easy to access. I haven't had any big troubles so far.
Sound:
It sounds amazing! In some case it sounds more realistic than I vison it in my head.
Reliability:
Its has only given me one problem in mixdown recording, but I think it mainly happens with really long tracks. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with this highly peforming product.
Overall:
It is the best thing I could've hoped for. I wouldn't go traveling anywhere without it.

THIS UNIT IS VERY WELL BUILT AND DESIGNED. THE FEEL TELLS YOU IT WILL BE AROUND FOR A LONG WHILE. NOT A PLASTIC FEEL LIKE MOST ITEMS THESE DAYS, BUT METAL WHERE THERE SHOULD BE METAL.

THE DIFFERENT EQ SETTINGS AND IN-OUT REVERB IS GREAT. GREAT CHOICES.
Ease of Use:
IT WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS AND THEN USE. VERY USER FRIENDLY.
Sound:
THE TONE IS REAL WARM BY JUST PLUGGING THE GUITAR DIRECT IN THE RECORDER, SOUNDS EVEN BETTER WHEN USED WITH MY EFFECTS UNIT. VERY SURPRISED NOT A STERILE DIGITAL SOUND, BETTER THAN THE OLD CASSETTE TAPE MODELS.
Reliability:
I HAVE JUST HAD IT TWO WEEKS, BUT I CAN TELL BEING BUILT SO WELL THAT THIS MACHINE WILL HOLD UP TO THE RIGORS OF LIVE RECORDING, AND THE HANDLING OF A FEW MUSICAL MONKEYS.
Overall:
I WOULD BUY ANOTHER IF THIS WAS LOST STOLEN, AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS MODEL TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

Great studio extension and convenience for writers.
Quality:
Looks to very durable, feels very sturdy and has a great appearance. The pictures do not do it justice.
Features:
The built in EQ and the reverb are a plus and a great added feature.
Ease of Use:
Right out of the box and ready to record, a short read of the manual and I was off to recording. Very easy to navigate and set up.
Sound:
Great tones, and easy to munipulate sound.
Reliability:
very reliable and durable. I only wish it would have come with a power supply.
Overall:
This is a great tool for recording ideas and very easy to manage. This a great piece of equipment and I will be able to extend my ideas further than I had imagined.
