Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I love having ten straight inputs 8 XLR and 2 1/4, you also have a few inputs in the back, but you lack input volume control on them, which is the only draw back that I have seen. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? This product integrates great with Cubase 4,5, and Artist 6, and lines up perfect within VST connections buses, very easy to use and get started right away. General Your general opinion of this product. Overall its a great product for the price, it gives you a great professional sound and upgrades your personal studio. Value Was this item an overall good value? Great product for the price, can't beat it.

Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The multiple I/O , MIDI , and SPDIF are a great feature set at this price point. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Guick and easy setup with the included setup disk it was a no brainer. I was up and runing in Pro Tools 10 within minutes. Just use highest latency option in the US 1800 setup window and you're good to go. The Cubase LE5 however was anther matter. Installing and registering this software was a nightmare. Much easier applying for a home loan modification than getting involved with this debacle. Eventually trashed the whole idea of using it. General Your general opinion of this product. Other than the Cubase isssue , this is one underrated piece of equipment. The build and sound quality blows away my previous M-Audio fast track pro. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Value Was this item an overall good value? For what you get , it's a steal.

Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Unlike other interfaces I considered, the number and type of inputs was the biggest selling point for me (8 XLR mic, 2 front-mtd 1/4" instrument, four 1/4" line inputs and MIDI in/out in the rear). Also, TASCAM offers both 32- and 64-bit Windows drivers. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Hardware installation was simple and the software installation and connection/configuration to the PC (Windows) and Cubase LE-5 was straightforward. I decided to stick with Cubase and ultimately upgraded to Cubase 6 (64-bit) and Windows 7. Downloaded 64-bit drivers from TASCAM website and the interface connected and was configured quickly and easily. Value Was this item an overall good value? A great value for the professional or home studio! Have never been disappointed with TASCAM.
