And the compressor and the tube simulator makes it a very all-included-just-out-of-the-box amplifier. If you dont do weird stuff like the guy of muse, is just perfect as it is. Sound How is the tone? Despite the fact that Bass Gear says is only a 230 watts amp, I will have to agreed with TC Electronic and its quasi watts : it does sound like a 450 watts amp and it pumps out power as a 450 watts amp. It allows me to fully utilize the onboard EQ on my EBMM Bongo 5HH and Carvin SB5000. They both sound amazing through this amp. It definitely feels likes it's louder than the 450w rating.
