A world of voicings at your disposal.
Quality:
Very durable construction.
Features:
Bet feature is the ability to instantly add pitch, tone and dessing correcton to your voice, which gives it a larger and fuller sound. The only feature I would add to it is an easier way to access the vloop option via seperate footswitch.
Ease of Use:
Out of the box just browse through the multitude of presets and your voice becomes a full range instrument. Easy to learn the adjustments for each preset to the key of a song that suits your particular vocal range.
Sound:
The tone is great!
Reliability:
I have only owned this a couple of months now but so far everything is fine.
Overall:
Highly recommend this to any artist wanting to expand their vocals to new heights!

Great product not sure about company's tech support tho so far not good
Quality:
Seems well made mechanically but being the piece is primarily digital and TC Helicon's support somewhere between lukewarm and indifferent, I am concerned about ending up with some pricey paperweight. I have had this happen before with other tech gear from other companies once they start pushing some newer thing. Support separates good companies from great ones to me, and so far the product itself gets an A+, AMS gets an A for effort and the TC Helicon Co. gets a D (for disappointing).
Features:
The overall concept is great. I like it's versatility from the more tradition processing roles flanging, delay, reverb but also the unique qualities of choral harmonies and doubling stuff makes a nice package you can familiarize yourself with and take into any venue with you and know what to expect rather than going to a club with an unknown engineer who has A) a tin ear B) an agenda -i.e. is buddies with another band you're on the same bill as and wants them to sound good at your expense C) is an idiot or D) is legitimately trying to get you dialed in based on the scant info you were able to give him 20 minutes before your set.
Ease of Use:
Pretty easy and self explanatory for the most part and when I described it's layout to my friend who is a singer only he was excited because of the simplicity of it.
Sound:
Great sound.
Reliability:
Only had it a month but it seems rugged enough so far.
Overall:
Great product. Support from the company in Canada leaves a lot to be desired (25 days after purchase still have a couple questions not in the manual that still have yet to be answered, and they make it somewhat of a pain to ask. Buried phone #'s etc. the saving grace is the unit was purchased from AMS and those reps are johnny-on-the-spot. I emailed 2 questions to some 3rd party the TC Helicon contracted and roughly 25 days later still no answer, my guess at this point is the answer will arrive anyday by carrier pigeon or stagecoach, unless somebody shot the bird on it's way here. My questions are simple on how to make 2 of higher level patches work, which is not in the manual but other than not having those answers the other 98% percent of the unit seems great.

Valuable Equipment
Quality:
Other than the foot button "sticking" I have had no trouble.
Features:
Plug and Play! On-board tuner. Pitch Correction. Guitar FX. Great Presets.
Ease of Use:
Easy to use out of the box with just the presets. Programming is difficult without the manual.
Sound:
GREAT! Natural sounding harmonies.
Reliability:
Had mine for 3 weeks when the Harmony button started to "stick." AMS quickly exchanged the unit with no trouble.
Overall:
If your a lead singer and your backgrounds leave alot to be desired, this is for you! If you perform solo, this is for you!

Best Harmonizer on the market
Quality:
It seems to be built very durable and the knobs are easy to accsess
Features:
Very easy to use, The only thing that is needed for this is a Editor, why they dont have one for it is crazy, its a must have !! I hope they come out with one soon.
Ease of Use:
The VL2 is very easy to use and adjust, even in a live show you can quickly adjust anything you need without searching, also has a very big and bright display screen.
Sound:
This has the best vocal effects and guitar effects on the market, very very clear
Reliability:
Havent had it that long, but things are going just fine
Overall:
This is the best harmonizer on the market in its class for the gigging musician. There are a few firmware problems with it that they are working on to correct like,If you change vocal double gender It will get set back to 0 when you power down and back on, The first thing you need to do is a system backup and install the new firmware update from the TC Helicon web site.

The reality
Quality:
It is good! I have had some weird buzzing when I have tried to use the hold chorus feature, don't know what that is about.
Features:
My favorite features so far are the harmonies and the doubling. Tweeking the harmonies to be more of how you would want them to be is a great feature. there is a humanization control as well but find the more human or sloppy you try to let it be the less real sounding the harmonies bec ome.
Ease of Use:
This is a fairly intuitive unit, alot of fun. My kids love it as well and enjoy how great the harmonizing sounds and the cool effects.
Sound:
Great tone
Reliability:
I've had it about a month now, still getting used to it. I've done some recording with it and like it so far. I still have a lot to learn.
Overall:
This is a great tool for vocals, and while I would love to have a real vocalist backing me up that really knows what they're doing. the reality is that there aren't that many people out there that can hang in there where I want them so. This gets me what I want without all the added baggage.

As good as you can get for this price
Quality:
It looks well built
Features:
There seems to be pretty much everything you need built in to it, including pitch correction
Ease of Use:
It is actually easy to use but for those who want ultra simple it could be a little intimidating. I personaly love the amount of customization it allows.
Sound:
This is the best sounding harmonizer I've heard at this price range. Not just the harmonies but also the processing all sound pretty darn good. You can go to my website and hear for your self at dave-young.us/samples.html
Reliability:
I'll let you know in a year or so.
Overall:
I really like this box. I hope it is reliable and lasts for a long time. I bought it for live shows but I even use it in my studio as a harmonizer and pre-amp.

voicelive 2 rocks
Quality:
it is very well made
Features:
i love the auto tune. i get to play acoustic music now and sound like a rapper its so funny
Ease of Use:
Once i got the voice live 2 i pulled it out of the box and plugged it in with no trouble. It sounded awesome i cant imagine not using it now. the only complaint is that the instruction manual is a little week, but once you spend time with it you figure it all out anyways. i would tell anyone to get one. if you have a project studio, or play out this is a very helpful piece of equipment.
Sound:
better than not having it
Reliability:
very reliable once you learn to use it
Overall:
overall must get
