Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It seems made well, like all TC Electronic products.I believe if you treat it well it will last a long time. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? It does a great joib for a low end harmony effect box.Used in guitar position, with chords played clearly you get some decent results. If you have deeper pockets, get a higher end TC product, but for the price, I am pleased with the results. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Easy to use out of the box, just follow instructions. Sound How is the tone? Vocals sound decent enough after you play around with it awhile.Your lips need to touch the wind screen for the harmony to work well,on a Shure SM58 with a foam cover it seems to work well. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I have only used it a few times so far, but I think it will prove very reliable. General Your general opinion of this product. My first TC Helicon harmony unit, and it seems to do what it is intended to for the price.I'm a "one man band" for now,and it makes practice more fun, especially with my acoustic/electric plugged into it.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It seems solid and well built. I haven't had it long enough to say it's dependable. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I really like the way it follows the guitar instead of your voice if you hold a note (with your voice) and switch cords, for example from C to G, makes it much more realistic. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? This is fairly easy to use.I didn't find a manual in the package but looked it up on line. It is very playable, however, to get a good sound you must hit the root note and the 3rd and 5th notes of the cord. Sound How is the tone? Excellent for the price. Reliability How has it stood up over time?

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Well made as far as materials go. My suggestion for improvement is to put a 1/4" female jack on the front face of the Voicetone H1. Then as an option the user could choose to plug in a foot pedal if desired (this would by-pass the on/off switch located on the top of the product. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Price and size. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? I found the Voicetone H1 very difficult to use. Obviously the product is to be placed on the floor to use the stomp switch to turn the Voicetone on/off. Yet I find the voice arrangment selector (middle knob)needs to be adjusted between tunes. What is the player to do? Bend down on the floor while wearing an instrument to adjust the knob? Suggested solution: remove the on/off button and replace it with a 1/4" female jack. Plug in a foot switch. Then the Voicetone can be placed waist high so you can see the on/off light and make necessary knob changes easily. Put the foot switch on the floor where it belongs. I 'customized' my Voicetone and it works very well with a separate foot switch (I removed their on/off switch and put the female 1/4" jack in the same hole for plugging in the foot switch). Sound How is the tone? For the cost I feel the sound is very good but not excellent. Reliability How has it stood up over time? So far so good. Have had the product about 6 weeks. General Your general opinion of this product. Serious engineering/design flaws.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Seems pretty solid but haven't gigged it enough to see how it lasts. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? It does one thing harmonies. Either 3rd and 5th's up, down, or both as 3 part harmonies. It doesn't get complex, you can choose the key, or if your guitar is plugged into it it can do it on the fly based on the chords you are playing. Choosing the key works better, but I still use the guitar function all the time. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Very easy to use. This was intended to be a simple easy to use pedal for performing artists - it is! You can learn and use this without even reading the manual. Sound How is the tone? Pretty good, you can adjust the level of the harmony to either louder or softer which is nice. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Great so far. I have had it a few months and use it all the time. General Your general opinion of this product. For acoustic, one man kind of acts this is a perfect no nonsense pedal that works quite well.
