Doobner from Grand Prairie, Texas USA
Quality:
Great for the price.
Sound:
Nice for the guitar. The volume and tone offer a great range of tones. I've thought about changing the pickup to have a coil tap but not necessary for sure.
Reliability:
Not bad. the case is a bit thin so it had some dings from travel. Could use more padding. Doesn't hold tuning real good but it's better than a lot of guitars.
Overall:
The action and playability of this guitar is great. I first bought a Mini May and it was junk compared to this and you couldn't tune it to a regular E.
Playability and Feel:
Just right.
Action:
Pretty impressive. Like playing my PRS or Strat.

My new best friend!
Quality:
Very well made. The nice discount for a very minor flaw - that is now difficult to tell was even there, makes this even sweeter. I would happily pay for a non-flawed one now that I have logged 20+ hours playing it. All the hardware is sturdy, tight and does not seem flimsy.
Sound:
It is above average, and certainly good for the price range. My mexistrat may sound a bit better, but for what is designed for, it is excellent.
Reliability:
Just had it a little over a week. The finish seems VERY durable.
Overall:
Very nice-looks great. HOWEVER - it is the fact I just take it with me everywhere that makes it so valuable. Toss it in the car, or in the overhead and I am never bored or wishing I could have a fix of jamming.
Playability and Feel:
Feels as quick as my Strat, but not as smooth as my Line 6 Variax (Pro). Still, I play jazz comps and blues all over the neck, so I am pretty happy with it.
Tone:
Tone is fairly bright, with a bit of twang in it. I hook up to either a Micro BR (AWESOME BTW) or a small Portatone. I don't use CLEAN very much, however the humbucker does sound nice. Again - keep in mind the price range of this instrument.
Finish:
Paint was great. This was a Bandaid purchase (discounted as flawed). The FLAW was just that the hole for the teardrop piece was off by about 1/4 inch and wouldn't seat. 5 Minutes of sanding on the teardrop edge and adding a velcro pad to cover the work and BANG! It worked better than if it didn't have such a tight fit and pad to mate the extender to the tuning block. Overall - I think this way may be better!
Action:
Set just right. Perhaps a teeny bit high on the action, but it was in tune, and I am not tempted to mess with it now.

What can I say, it's perfect. My job takes me all over Canada, this baby fits in right in my suitcase. I was looking for portability and quality, this is it. It's a joy to play on, I can't find any negative to say about it. Well worth the price. It saves me from long boring week ends away from home. Two of my co-workers each bought one as soon as they put their hands on it.
Reliability:
Quality all the way
Overall:
5 because of its uniqueness, and design work. I would cry should it get stolen than immediately call and order another just like it from American Musical supply. By way AMS is surely the best shopping experience I've had so far. Great people, don't hesitate to do business with them. They absolutely live by their promise of service. Thanks AMS
Playability and Feel:

All components on this guitar are well matched. Plugged or unplugged, this doll performs.

Excellent finish,

Just as good as more expensive guitars. I own one Strat and a Telecaster, both american, action is comparable
