Product Rating Yes, I bought 2 of them three years ago and they still hold up well. I especially like the pin that provides additional security. N/A Your general opinion of this product. The two I bought three years ago came in pristine condition. I make it a point to take very good care of my equipment. Even after three years, you'd be hard pressed to find a scratch on them. I converted one of my previous stands to a LCD monitor stand. It worked out great. I ordered this one so I could continue to have to available speaker stands. AMS speed of delivery is incredible. Ordered one day; got it the next. I'm just a bit disappointed the stand had some serious scratches on it. I suppose it really shouldn't matter. But when I buy something new, I expect it to look new. And I keep all of my equipment looking new. That's just me.

Well-made stands... Buy two and get the free heavy-duty carrying case -- worth every penny! These stands are easy to set up and lightweight. The durable carrying case has separate zippered compartments for each stand -- I put my boom mic stand and guitar stand in the bag too, and it fits without a problem. Levelling feet would be nice for outdoor gigs, but at this price who's complaining? Sounds great... for a speaker stand.

Theese Stands are serious!

These are very strong and solid, yet light. All parts feel very good especially the knobs and security pin. I like the the fact that it came with a security pin attached to the stand so it won't get loose and of course, the extra security it provides. Also the fact that the stand can be used with speakers with two sizes mounting wholes using the provided inserts. Very easy to use, a no brain task. When brand new, it takes some muscle to mount them because the shaft won't slide easily. But if you lubricate it LIGHTLY and after a couple of uses it mounts in seconds. I like the muted clinging sound it produces inside it's bag. However, it could be better. Just kidding again :-) "It doesn't apply here"
