Subject:	good but woa is you if you need Ultimate Support Repairs
Quality:	Heavy duty but both locking mechanisms broke after 8 months of lite use Lifetime warranty BUT sent off to Ultimate Support 3 months ago and no replacement yet, they are "waiting" on a shipment to come in since August
Features:	double tier is nice
Ease of Use:	easy to set up but make sure the V support legs are fully open .. kind of hard juggling the vertical legs while opening the norizontal legs

Value:	initially yes but NEVER again will I purchase thier product if this is the factory warranty experience
