I like some sort of grip to my sticks, I'm not as much into finesse of the fingers as I should be. I've tried Ace tape, and many others but this stuff has just the right amount of grip to it. And its self cohesive (no sticky stuff on the bottom) which makes so it wont undo itself at the end like many other tapes. It does smooth out fairly quickly but I find it still works for me even once it's been smoothed. Plus it's cheap, and made by vater. The only product I feel tops this tape is the straight Vater wrap around grips, which are reusable, but this tape is perfect for taping the ends of those grips once you've used up the ones that come with.

Tape will not stay in place on most sticks but especially the most slippery which is kind of the point. Still trying to make most of this tape, but next time I'll use old fashioned electrical tape.
