Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This feels substantial, and solidly built. Certainly more so than the cross drum key from another brand that snapped when I tried tuning with a moderate amount of pressure. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I like how it swivels, so if you wanted to you could use it while still wearing it around your neck and the lanyard won't get twisted. The quick release is great so you don't have to take the whole necklace off each time. Ends of the cross are divotted so it won't dig into your fingers. Sound How is the tone? N/A General Your general opinion of this product. It feels sturdy enough to take the strain of higher tension drum tuning, but at the cost of being kind of a bulky necklace. The only real downside is that if you wearing this because you like how crosses look, the Vic Firth logo in the center can be quite distracting. Value Was this item an overall good value? Yes, doesn't cost much more than typical drum keys, but has many more added features. Appearance Appearance Tastes in fashion are subjective, so I can't claim whether or not this will look good on any given person's style. My biggest gripe is how the Vic Firth logo is boldly stated in the center of the cross. Typically very few crosses have a brand name at the center. Depending on your outlook it could either be sacrilegious or simply detracting.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Fairly beefy construction, a little thicker than a regular drum key. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The key can be easily detached, and secure enough that it won't just fall off with too much jostling. Because it is mounted on a spinner it can still be used while being worn around the neck without twisting the necklace. Sound How is the tone? N?A General Your general opinion of this product. Seems a little big as a cross, but you certainly don't want a slim tuner that runs the risk of breaking. Though I haven't put a lot of strain on it, given the decorative nature this is one key I personally wouldn't want to put to a high-torque test. Best for keeping on hand to make quick adjustments. Value Was this item an overall good value? Good considering the flair and features you won't find on generic drum keys. Appearance Appearance It's a little on the bulky side to serve as an incognito drum tuner. The Vic Firth logo in the center is also a little detracting (some might even call it blasphemous)
