Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
They're sticks, Vic Firth does a good job matching the pairs by weight. And I don't think it's gonna break at some ungodly time. My first pair, when I broke them, was able to limp through the song I was playing( I was covering some really heavy death metal on that electric, not at a show at least). I taped the it and it sounds fine as long as it's in something not supremely heavy.
Sound
How is the tone?
Drumsticks don't vary much, but mine are nylon tip so they're have great tones on cymbals, and they're pretty light, making speed easier, but they aren't as loud as could possibly be( still not quite for sure).

Sticks are generally in the same range, so this comes down to durability.
