Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
It's sturdy and not too heavy. Nice chicken head knobs and stylin looks!
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've only owned it for 2 weeks, but I think it will last a long time with out any problems. I have a vox vt15 and it's taken a beating for 6 years and never let me down.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I like it a lot. my son is in love with it! He is using it in his talent show with his fender blacktop plugged straight in.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It's easy to change channels when practicing. I'm getting the 2 channel footswitch to click between channels turn reverb on and off.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Really good! The clean channel is a dream, the tones I can get from that super clean, chime, even classic rock when the channel volume is cranked with hunbucker. Channel 2 has more gain, blues to classic rock. Channel 3/boost sounds good through humbuckers a little harsh through my stock strat single coils. But... I have plugged it into a my homemade cab with an 8ohm vintage30 and every channel is so awesome, channel 3 is much better. I can only imagine what this thing could do with an eq pedal! I wouldn't get this for nu metal or anything to heavy. The VT series is good for that, but AC/DC,southern rock SRV,SKA tones! It's got em!
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Looks Classy, a nice addition to my sons bedroom/jamroom!
Action
How was the action out of the box?
I imagine this amp is going to see a lot of action!
