I really tried to like this OD as I dig the other pedals in the series. BUT, I am just not crazy about the tone or result. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? I just cannot get much I really like out of this drive. I end up haveing it set really clean w the tone fullup and bass half. Just does not sing for me as most ODS. I like it in front of the Satchuator or other boxes to drive them morem but watch the level, this thing has way too much level (like 9:00). Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? not a real gainy drive but just does not excite me like some others I have used. I think really the Hardwire and the Visual Sound were more fun to play and had a more likeable more TS type tone. Overall Your general opinion of this product. This is the best overdrive pedal available. Very organic, flexible, low noise, reliable, easy to use and with a Great Sound. This is THE ONE. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Great sound, I do not believe there is a better overdrive than this one. Its organic, provides liquid sound, it has different characters (modern and vintage) and sounds like a great tube amp. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish is great and combines with its LED's and knobs like if a decorator designed it. Action How was the action out of the box? Very good, if you set the control to 12 o'clock, you will get a nice and warm sound.
