Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This is a solid piece of equipment. Looks great has a little bit of weight to it. Overall it is well made. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Dunno time will tell. Overall Your general opinion of this product. It sounds great. Skim the manual to know all the in's and out's. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Controls are easy. If you have ever messed with a pedal before this is nothing new. Still my advice read the manual so you know what all it is capable of. I only have one issue. There is no banking aka cannot go from setting 1 to 4. You have to go through 2 and 3. I can make it work though. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Makes me happy I bought it. Got the sound I was looking for. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? I like the look of it. Its not a flashy piece of equipment. So it fits. Action How was the action out of the box? Plug it in, flip a switch, good to go.
Great little unit for the price

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Very well made. Reliability How has it stood up over time? IT's built like a tank, no doubts about the quality. I'll probably have to change the tube every year or so, but it's easy to do and a new tube is like twelve bucks. Overall Your general opinion of this product. This thing is quite well built, refreshingly simple to operate, and sounds beautiful. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Easy controls, sturdy footswitches. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Realistic. It's the tube! Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Classy, like a serious piece of gear and not a toy. The fact that you can see the tube lit up is a nice touch. Action How was the action out of the box? Haven't even bothered to make my own patches yet, which is saying a lot. The presets are that good.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Reliability How has it stood up over time? Overall Your general opinion of this product. The 12ax7 tube should say it all. What a great idea to combine a multi effect pedal with different amp models, cab settings,50 programable bank options and 50 preset factory settings. Great pedal for the wide range player. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Before purchasing this unit I considered both the Boss ME 25 and the Digitech RP255, although both of these pedals have some great sounds, I went with the Vox Tonelab ST, for four reasons. #1 Construction, the Tonelab ST is encased in metal not PLASTIC. #2. computer connectivity. #3. The sample sounds available to demo. #4 AC power supply included. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Only own this for a month or so only time will tell, but I'm very confident that it will see years of use. The unit has heavy duty switches, potentiometers are NOT made of nylon. Nothing feels cheap on this unit. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Well constructed piece of equipment, the pedal is small compared to a "Cry Baby" and may take a little to get use to it, but if it was larger then the unit could not be as compact as it is. It is a compact unit that is loaded with a lot of quality sounds. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Finish How did the stain or paint job look? This unit has a retro feel, with its black and gold satin finish and the "chicken head" knobs. Action How was the action out of the box? I took this unit out of the and ran through all of the presets, just to see what it was all about, I was very impressed, then I started tweaking it and it truly comes alive.
