The C104SCE classical guitar like other Washburn acoustic guitars are built very well, solidly glued joints, braces, everything looks nice in and outside. It will last a lifetime with proper tender loving care. My 5-6yrs old Washburn guitars never disappointed me. They look like the very first time I removed them from their boxes.

My C104SCE classical guitar is about 5 yrs old and still look like new. I have never had any problem at all. The only change I noticed... the sound got even better with age. That's expected especially with solid woods.

A classical guitar that it's gorgeous, sounds great and won't cost a fortune.

The C104SCE is a joy to play. From rasgueados to arpeggios you can play it all. The neck is very comfortable and the frets are nicely filed and no sharp or pointy frets are noted.

Tone is nice and balanced across registers, sustain could be better as well as projection. I think these are due to the plastic nut and saddle. I replaced my guitar's nut and saddle with ones made out of vintage bone and the sound improved considerably. Also the vintage bone nut and saddle's creme marbled color looks very cool.
Finish

This is where the C104SCE shines. The finish is flawless and the wood grain is beautiful all around. The solid cedar top I consider it to be of high quality as well as the rosewood used for the back and sides. This guitar looks gorgeous period.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The C104SCE action was just a little high for my taste but not big deal. I set it up myself to suit my taste.
