From Grover tuners to the Abalone soundhole ring, to the solid wood and great setup out of the box, this is a well made beastie. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Have had it only a short period. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Wow. While all the guitars I tested up to this sounded muted in the soundproof room, this rang out pure, full, and clear. My friend said "that's the one". Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The neck is slick and fast. The action is great as are the strings. Only problem is a few sharp frets near the bridge. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Wonderful smokey bass and chimey but not brittle high end. The mids is where this is full and delightfully harmonic. It just rings loud and proud like a cross between rosewood and mahogany. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The cedar is muted and classy. The ovangkol is beautiful...almost like it's quilted. Mine has a couple of small barely noticible daub marks in the finish. Action How was the action out of the box? No need to adjust the action. Just right.

Dreadnought body gives it lots of projection. Overall construction creates one very resonate acoustic. This thing just rings! Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish is truly outstanding. Rosewood binding and abalone are nice touches. Action How was the action out of the box? Action needed a little tweaking but nothing major.
