Ordered a 16” Wuhan china cymbal and it’s awesome! My drum teacher had one set up for me and it sounded amazing! So what did I do? Ordered one the very next day. These sound better than the name brand ones that cost so much more. Buy Wuhan! You won’t be disappointed.

Needed a specific trashy sound so I immediately thought of the Wuhan China cymbal.
Got here in a couple of days (fast shipping) and was up on stage that night.
I love the sound of the old school Wuhan chinas. I try to always have at least one in my arsenal.
This one did not disappoint.

When I searched for a china cymbal, I watched video after video. Although some of the other "Higher end" companies had good sounding China cymbals, NONE of them had that distinct heart pounding sound that brings fear to the hearts of innocent show goers who happened to accidentally wander into the Pit. Sweat and blood curdle on your brow as the china cymbal signals the end of safety, This 14 inch Wuhan china cuts above the mix and sings a sirens song, luring you in as you take your final breath.

This China cymbal sounds just perfect for my needs. It has that great "trashy" sound when played, but has a short decay, (which is what I wanted). It's a true B20 bronze, completely hand made, and inexpensive to boot. If I ever need another China cymbal, I'll look no further than another Wuhan!

I hadn't used a China cymbal since my rock band days, so I was quite surprised when my church pastor wanted a china cymbal. This is exactly what I used before and remembered liking it, so I went ahead and purchased a new one. Immediately upon using it, it caught people off guard, but in a good way. I was getting so many compliments on the china, some saying they never heard that before, but it was their favorite. I use it every service now as much as I can (without going overboard of course). Great china cymbal.

Don't let this little guy fool you, he may be small, but he carries him self well. WITH LOUDNESS, that is! Insanely crispy little china cymbal, this thing blew me away! For the price, i would never have expected this thing to be what came in the mail! The quality and construction was far more superior than I expected and I hope you go get yourself one of these bad boys soon!

I debated on buying this cymbal because I've been a Zildjian guy as long as I can remember. The price point is what made try it out and I'm glad I did. It has a cutting sound and sustain that the higher end cymbals don't have and the other people in my band are impressed with it as well.

So people always say when it comes to your cymbals "you get what you pay for." Their not wrong, but its debatable depending on the type of cymbal... for instance, most of us drummers use Chinas for a quick accent, or a hard crash, or trashy ride if your a metalhead like myself (big chinas are a staple on a metal kit)... and WUHAN MAKES THE BEST MOST EXCELLENTLY CUTTING CHINAS AVAILABLE! They are priced right, and have that Crashing volume and serious tone. I have played with many cymbals over my journey, and when it comes to chinas, wuhan cant be beat. These things ROAR! from the tight sounding 12" to the actual Lions Roar 22" they scream over anything your kit or band can dish out. They mic well (I prefer underneath to cut out the ring a little) but they can perform well without one. I have a 12" and an 18" on my kit at all times. I use the 22 sparingly when the venue calls for it, but they all do their job without issue. And I believe there is nothing wrong with mixing cymbal brands, the Wuhans look great among my Zildjians.
All that being said, Wuhan makes great CHINA Cymbals. Personally, I avoid their other stuff as it tends to feel cheap and sound even cheaper. Give these a try, worst case is you wont like it but who has ever had trouble reselling a cymbal? Not me... cymbals are expensive and sought after

I’m not really a drummer but I have several drum sets with high end cymbals for my studio. Looking at the Wuhan 18’ China isn’t like looking at some of the other cymbals to me as far as build. But the price is right. Hearing this Wuhan through playback with the set is what makes it real. This Wuhan 18’ China records well in the studio. I will get another if I ever need one.

I've had two of these in recent years. Like the price and trashy tone. This one showed up with an issue...center hole was rough like the bit jammed when they drilled it. Very sharp ragged edges. I have metal working tools, so I reamed it smooth with a countersink bit. No returns on cymbals here, so would've been a bummer for someone not able to fix it. This never should've shipped.
