Best Guitar for under $1000!

Your general opinion of this product.
I tried every guitar available under $1000 and this one sounded and played the best (even played side by side with the entry-level Martins and Taylors). It's also got all-solid tone woods. The excellent electronics give you a lot of options for shaping the sound with a 3-band EQ and some really cool microphone modeling. The built-in tuner is a great feature.
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Seems very well-constructed. It has a solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides (Others in this price range use laminates on the back and sides.)
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck feels great and is very easy to play. Yamaha rounded the edges of the fretboard though, so it is possible to slide the low-E string off of the fret board. (But you get used to it)
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
It has a brighter tone with good wood tones. The bass isn't quite as deep as I would like, but still pretty good.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
VERY good.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Flawless.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Only had it month, so time will tell. I have had good experiences with Yamaha in the past, though.

Very high quality. Looking through the sound hole reveals great side bracing.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've only had it for 3 months so it's hard to determine what it will be like in 10 yrs.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I tested every guitar I could find and there just isn't anything in this $ range as good or nice to play.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The feel is great although I wasn't use to such large frets to begin with.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
I would have liked a little bassier sound but it's very nice. I added some insulation inside the sound hole and that made a big difference.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
There are 0 flaws in the finish of mine.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
For an acoustic it's great... not the same as my Epiphone Elitist, but it's very nice.

Best bang for your buck. I was kind of skeptical about buying something without alot of reviews. Im glad I purchased this guitar. Plays way better then my Martin DX1.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck was the best feeling neck ive felt on a guitar. This is def a step up from all other 4 of my guitars.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Perfect mid range tone. It sounds amazing.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
That picture dont do anything near then what this baby looked like out of the box.

The action on this thing is perfect out of the box. I've never felt a fretboard so smooth and easy playing in my previous guitars. Ebony is amazing.
