Was very happy how fast it was delivered... assembled easily the hi hat was tricky but obvious... after looking at an image of it ...the sounds and latency are accurate and there is many ways to adjust any kit u prefer... definitely a great buy !

The only downside to this drumset is the rubber Toms if ams stocked the 536 version of this kit which comes with the full set of dtx silicone pads I would highly recommend
As is it does the job nicely.
Was easy to set up and adjust
The components ar quality built and are very responsive
More choses would be appreciated

Great sound. Does not come with a speaker so remember to either have one handy or a headphone with a 1/4 inch jack to play once you get it built out of the box.

Wow! What a great kit. I got an extra kick pad with mine for true double kick sound. Had to get two single kick pedals "Tama Iron Cobra" for there adjustability and speed. Absolutely no regrets. I sometimes practice with headphones or stereo out to Mixer or when recording I disconnect outputs and connect USB to computer running Cubase Pro 10 and Groove Agent 5 which gives me incredibly rich drum sounds

Just needs to be adjusted constantly, It is the best bang for your buck. You can't replace the feeling of an acoustic drumset but this is perfect for an apartment or home studio. It does not take much space. Highly recommended.

I previously owned a alesis and decided to upgrade and I don't regret it it blows away the alesis. All the tones and drum kits sound great the pads and cymbals have good sensitivity only wish the bell on the cymbals was a bit bigger. Other than that everything is awesome

The only regret I have is not buying this kit sooner. This kit rocks! Ive had experience with the Alesis DM10 and ended up selling it. I couldnt stand it anymore. But this yamaha is different. It rocks!
I know this kit gets compared with the roland 11 as theyre in the same price range. The reason I went with the yamaha is IMHO the silicone pad feels much more similar to the real drum heads. And the 2 sets of 3 -zone cymbals plus the hi hat that mounts on a real hi hat stand which btw feels really great, you get yourself a deal. I know I did. Im just so happy with this purchase thanks AMS!!!

I saw Kenny Aronoff on a youtube video playing these so I ordered them for my studio and they are great. I don't have to spend time setting up mics just straight to the board and a lot of different drum sounds.
