This stand is VERY sturdy and holds the Yamaha L85 perfectly. It gives ut a sleek look and my son loves it. My son has ADHD which limits him on what activities he wants to/can participate in. He showed interest in playing the piano, we had his first lesson and he loved it. This keyboard and stand was reccomended by his piano teacher and it is PERFECT.With my son we needed something that looked and felt the same as the baby grand piano he practices on so he doesn't get confused. This does the trick and is a fraction of the price of a baby grand. I would love to invest in one someday but, for now this is perfect!

Silly me tough this was a keyboard. It arrived really quickly to my surprise. I put it together in no time, real easy. Then I realized it was just the Stan. It has vivid beautiful color. But I had to return. Call customer service and understood my predicatmen. Issued a return label and refund no issues. I totally enjoyed the day experience even the disappointment was interesting.

After purchasing my Yamaha keyboard recently, I wanted a different kind of stand than the X-keyboard stands I've always used. Knowing my new keyboard would mostly be at home and that there was an available 3-pedal option (Yamaha LP7A) to add, I was more interested in getting this L85 stand and I'm glad I did! It looks great, holds the piano very well and secure and takes up less space than my other stand. I very much would recommend this product.

I bought this keyboard and stand for my daughter, who is away at college. She told me that the stand was so short, that you could not pull up a chair underneath the keyboard. The picture is deceiving. It looks like a stand of sitting (in a chair) height, but it isn't.
It's OK to sit on the floor with, and with your legs folded, or standing while it's on a desk or table-top.
I didn't notice anything about dimensions, in the product description. AMS and/or Yamaha should reveal the the dimensions of it. Not practical-not worth it! Had I known this to be the case, I would have invested in a good stable stand, that she could pull a chair up to.
