We have the board mounted in a Galaxy transportable case and it interferes with the top shelf sliders. That's the only negative I have Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? As mixing boards go, they are all about the same from a point of operation. Difference here is the precession in the sliders. Not too aggressive, just right. You just can't go wrong with any Yamaha product. Effects are real and controllable for intensity, A great investment. BUY IT! Sound How is the tone? As with most products today, they are lightweight components so don't expect a tank but I don't think the construction is cheap. Just need to take good care of it. Replaced another 16 channel mixer and this one is leaps and bounds above that one including the quality of the DSP effects. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? Up and running in no time. very straight forward operation. Sound How is the tone? Channel compression actually works very well on vocals and drums. Digital effects are "SPX" quality!
