Quality:	I was very happy with the bass for six months, then The front pick up went bad. It has very bad hum. I didn't think this was the end of the world but when I called for service Yamaha)they said I wouldn't recieve the pick up for 4-6 weeks! When you are a working musician and need a reliable instument, you would think they would stock basic parts. Ive never had to wait for a part from Japan, and can't believe there isn't a pick up anywhere in the U.S in the Yamaha Corp!
Features:	the action on the bass is one of the most incredible I've felt.
Sound:	great! can ajust to almost any type of music
Playability and Feel:	Very light, but comfortable
Tone:	Pick up are very hot and snappy. but on mine, one malfunctioned.
Finish:	Finish was good, though some of the grain was poking up.
Action:	action was incredible
