My only gripe with this keyboard is that the LED screen failed after 2 years and the keyboard is useless without it. Called Yamaha and a new LED costs $180.00 almost half what I paid for the whole board! Yamaha would not fix it on their dime even though this LED issue is definitely a quality issue and is their fault. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? Easy....but you have to sit with the manual and be patient and go through it step by step in order to get the most value out of this unit. Sound How is the tone? Sounds awesome....way good enough to gig with in a live setting. Pianos are professional sounding. Live, Sweet, and cool voices are really fantastic. Tenor Sax my favorite...sounds just like the real thing dynamics and all. General Your general opinion of this product. I was in love with this board until the LED went and I found out that Yamaha wouldn't fix it on their dime. Yes it is a very good value even though the LED screen failed. Still a good value. I'll end up coughing up the $180 to order a new LED screen from Yamaha. Otherwise I will have to throw the board out.

Also, full keyboard is a must, I am glad we got this model for that reason, stereo sound is great, and the number of features on this is astounding, I'm truy impressed for all you get for the price. How playable do you consider this product to be? this unit took me a short time to get the hang of the features....including drum machine, keyboard sounds, etc., but my kids and I both can find the type of settings we want with ease. Sound How is the tone? the (specific) tones are great, we use it for many different kinds of music, (pop, blues, country, etc.) and my kids and I haven't really cracked into all the goodies with this thing yet. Definately a great deal for the money...I looked at a few different online stores, and local music stores, and I couldn't find one close to this deal I got.

I love that is has many different sounds to experiment with.One of the best features of the piano is that it allows you to arrange and compose several voices together.It's great for those who are at the beginner to intermidiate level because it's easy on the fingers. How playable do you consider this product to be? The Product is not too complicated to use.Although it may have many features it is easy to use with a little practice. Sound How is the tone? The tone is awesome!It sounds almost like an authentic piano.The one problem is that if you put the volume on too high and combine that with the sustain pedal the sound between the bass and the melody is not seperated evenly.The pedal does help fill out the music so it does not sound too staccato but you have to becareful because it can deminish the sound of the melody.I recommend just not to put the volume on max.However, overall it sounds great! Was a Christmas present to our daughter, and she been glued to it! She's dabbled very little with playing this type of instrument, and lets just say, the stuff that she has coming out thus far is incredible! Sound How is the tone?
