The K line of Zildjian has an extremely balanced tone quality which is generally more complex than the A line but a bit sweeter than the K custom line.
As I play a wide variety of music, this is my preferred line. It’s all personal preference.

This is a great set of cymbals. I knew I could trust buying these without hearing them first because they are Zildjians! The hats are perfect - couldn't ask for a better classic sound. The 20" ride is nice, slightly washy, but with good stick definition. The 2 crashes (16" and 18") are nice and dark and super responsive to the slightest nudge of the sticks. I am definitely a happy satisfied customer!
