Product Rating Product Review This zoom A3 is a fascinating little unit. It's functionality is equal to its user friendly interface. Everything I ever wanted for my acoustic guitar is now at my feet. So many acoustic amps don't have compression and it is an essential effect for evening out excesses in certain frequencies particular to the acoustic guitar. The 40 effects are stunning and absolutely quiet. The deep editing that is available on each of the 40 effects is impressive. I feel as though I just got $2000 worth of equipment for 200! AMS was right on time and it was well packaged

Product Review Bought this unit as an "open box" or "blemished" item. When I received it, I couldn't fine any marks on it, or problems with the unit. So many features on it that I haven't been able to go through every aspect, but so far seems to work well, in both live and recording situations.

It feels sturdy enough but needs some careful handling I didn't keep it for long. I had a zoom multieffects before and it was defective, I wanted to try again, but I think this one has a flaw in the design unless I got a defective unit. Your general opinion of this product. I like the features and sounds but my gripe is that if this is a floor unit, how come you can't change patches easily? The controls are small and hard to turn if you have more than average hands. It is maybe a good thing because they won't turn accidentally. The boost feature is nice and the antifeedback is excellent but again, there is no way to recall patches with the foot, it has kind of cycling patching that is not practical at all since you have to change settings manually. It needs to be redesigned in that important function. Cosmetics is not important for me. It could be the ugliest thing and I'd keep it if it fits the purpose There is no action out of the box. It does't have any preloaded patch. It is kind of easy to try for the first time but soon enough I realized its limitations in storage and recalling the patches.
