Search
Say you're on a mission to find a Gibson guitar. Enter keywords (such as "Gibson" or "Gibson guitar") in the Search box. We'll give you a list of all products that match your search words.
Browse
Do you have an idea of what you want? You can find a list of product categories in the area called "Browse a Category." Simply select a category that interests you, click on it, and explore the listings in that area.
Add to your Shopping Cart
When you have found an item you would like to buy, simply click on the Add to Shopping Cart button and you will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. You will not be charged for any items until you proceed all the way through the checkout.

As soon as you hit proceed to checkout, you will begin the checkout process. We'll walk you through the steps necessary to complete your order, and give you the opportunity to choose from a variety of shipping options.
You haven't finalized your order till you click the "Place Your Order" button at the very end of the purchase process. And, we never charge your credit card until your order ships

We will send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as we receive your order, and another e-mail as soon as it ships. You can check on the status of your order through the My Account link, found at the top of the page.
