Payment Terms:
  • There is no minimum order to open an Institutional account.
  • Terms are Net 30 and must be paid by company check, cashiers checks, or money orders. NO personal checks will be accepted.
Placing your Institutional Order:
  • To place an order using the AMS Institutional Purchase Order form, download here, fill it out, and fax it to 320-796-2080.
  • Or scan and email a PDF version of the AMS Institutional Purchase Order to
  • If you prefer to use your own purchase order form, please include your PO number, purchasing agent or buyer's name, and an authorized signature, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. You do not have to download and use our form to place a purchase order.
  • In order for American Musical Supply to make a decision as to whether to extend credit, we may require additional information such as references and tax identification. AMS reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
  • To request a copy of your Purchase Order (Invoice), please email Please provide your PO Number or Order Number in your correspondence along with any contact information.
