Epiphone Les Paul Custom Flame Top Electric Guitar

The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Flame Top is one amazing instrument. Available at this low price, Epiphone has built a real Les Paul with a stunning flame maple top. The depth and complexity of flame maple is unlike anything else - it's truly special. To ensure the heart of a Les Paul in its tone, Epiphone puts in twin humbuckers and features a set-in mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard, gold hardware, block inlays and the classic bridge/tailpiece combination. What a knockout! The Les Paul guitar is synonymous with Rock and Roll. No other guitar gives you the power, the sustain and the sound of a Les Paul. If it's got Les Paul's signature on the headstock, it's the real thing... Accept no substitutes! Authorized by Gibson USA!

QUALITY:
This is a Korean made guitar, so it is very nice. The Epiphones you want to stay away from are those made in the Phillipines and the like. Buying a Korean guitar is almost like buying a Japanese guitar from a few years back.

FEATURES:
The best feature on this guitar is the amazing bridge pickup... Epiphone just calls it an "Alnico Hot HB." This pickup defines Rock and Roll. Excellent distorted/overdriven sound which is great for rhythm, lead or palm muting. Other great features include the flame top (although the actual color is a lot darker than what's pictured on AMS... it's like Gibson J-45), quality fret work and real Grover tuners (the guitar is not even listed as having these on Epiphone's site; what a great suprise!)

EASE OF USE:
Set up was almost perfect... I had to lower the bottom end of the bridge pickup to create a smoother sound. I just played this guitar from 8-1 last night and my hands feel fine. That t

Subject:All FLASH for the cash!
Overall:

QUALITY:
The quality of Epiphone is ALL GIBSON! Top notch quality control.

FEATURES:
The feature that I found drew me to this guitar was the fact that I wanted something with a quilt top or something that looked a bit different from my collection of "one plain color" guitars. This met that requirment when I saw it on American Musical, com. When it was delivered WOW that picture does nothing compared to real life!! Tons of Gibson flash for the Epi cash!!!

EASE OF USE:
Its supurb quality craftsmenship makes it very easy to play. Brilliant harmonics up and down the neck and just a nice bright sound.

VALUE:
This was even more amazing when I saw it in real life. THE VALUE of this guitar is UNBELIEVABLE!! Drop dead gorgeous is never that reasonably priced.

SOUND:
The sound quality of this guitar is nice straight out of the box, however I was so taken away at the FLASHYness of it that I decided to
