Product Review

So far, no good. Unit doesn’t work as advertised, or at all. Apogee service won’t talk to customers on the phone. Chat only. Terrible customer service. I’m a pro. Apogee used to be as well, but now they just make consumer grade stuff and don’t service the professional world at all. I don’t have time during business hours to text back and forth about a toy when I have real gear I need to work with. A quick conversation is all I can manage for something like this. It’s supposed to be the best, which is why I bought it, but so far, a it’s waste of time and money.
