Product Description

The Behringer MINIAMP AMP800 is an Ultra-Compact 4-Channel Stereo Headphone Amplifier.
Get this ultra-compact but ultra-flexible headphone amplifier system, and you will absolutely love it! It boasts 4 totally independent stereo high-power amplifier sections. The highest sonic quality with virtually all types of headphones is assured even at maximum volume levels. You can use the phones level control plus the accurate 6-digit LED output meter per channel for easy level monitoring.

There are 2 balanced stereo main inputs with independent Level and Balance controls for individual mixes, selectable for all 4 headphone amplifiers. An accurate 6-digit LED main input meter is provided for precise level indication of both line inputs. Dual headphone outputs on each channel on front and rear panel allow for connecting a total of 8 headphones at the same time. A parallel Link Output enables cascading several headphone amplifiers. Long-term reliability is guaranteed with the high-quality potentiometers and illuminated switches, and our ultra low-noise audio operational amplifiers offer outstanding sound performance. In addition, all Behringer Mini Series models can be stacked on top of each other to create an ultra-compact signal processing solution.

Not as great as I hoped...

What is your opinion of this product?

I really don't like to give bad reviews, but I was really not to happy with this product. Don't get me wrong for the money it's decent, and it came with 8 headphone's but even those were on the lower end. The unit it's self, as well as the headphone's had a cheap plastic feel to it. Sound quality was not that good.

Something rattles

When I took the amp out of the box I noticed something was rattling inside of it. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't seem to be having an affect on the operation of the amp.

The A/B channels make this great for sending different mixes to the performers.

Very easy to get set up.

Good value for what you get. You get what you pay for.

JUST GREAT...!!

THE KNOBS SHOULD BE DESIGNED AND BUILT IN OTHER WAY BUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF COVERS THAT SIMPLE DETAIL

THE CRISPY AND CLEAR SOUND... IT'S EXCELLENT

It's cheap, it works!

Quality good for the price

Meter LEDs make level setting easy. Channel tone controls would be nice but would add to the price. A little bit more power for cheap 'phones would be OK.

Couldn't be easier! I bought it for rehearsal for vocal clarity and to keep the neighbors happy.Plug in the mixer output and the headphones and set the levels.

I purchased the pkg. w/4 headphones for $89.95 - how can you beat that?

Best in its class. It rivals the bigger brothers like the Pro XL

The tonal quality is superb. Would be nice to make it universal for 110 and 220 volts.

Very easy to use. With my busy schedule, I didn't have time to review the manual, but it wasn't necessary.

Better than I thought

This amp felt very light which made me think it was not going to be very sturdy but I was wrong. It was put together well and sounded better than I expected even at higher levels.

My favorite part of this amp is the ability to switch between the A & B inputs. That made my project studio run smoother than before. If I had to change anything it would be to make it rack mountable. If there is a kit to make it that way I just have not seen it yet.

This is very easy to use. Just plug in the 1/4" plugs from your sound source in the back and you headphones in the front and listen.

I bought this in a hurry up kinda situation when I needed and amp on the double. I didn't have much cash so I got this. I was thinking that I would replace it when money allowed. To my delight I didn't need to upgrade. This does the job fine and is reliable.

made well. compact.

not a whole lotta features. but what features do you need other than independent volume controls per headphone.

This thing is ready to go once it comes out of the box. Very easy to use.

does just as good as my $200 headphone amp.

WOW! Speaking professionally

Where were these deals when I was a struggling writer. It is a great product and the value extra great. Anyone would have to be a new amature to find fault with this product. Disposed of my higher priced unit and saved $50.00 thanks, I needed that

The extra input / outputs / led's/ like it all. To add anything would have to be seperate colored knobs to identify channel controls for qucik look adjustments.

Excellent for the price.

I did not know what to expect when I ordered the amplifyer, but was pleased that it was lightweight and overall quality was excellent for me.

I like the fact that you can have to separate line mixes coming into the amp and have several outputs.

The amplifyer is very easy to use - just plug it up and adjust the volumes to your liking.

I feel that this is an outstanding purchase. We use in ear monitor system for our praise band and this amplifyer allows us to have two separate and personal monitor mixes for on stage use.
