Product Description

Behringer MS20 Studio Monitors are Digital Stereo Near Field Monitore Speakers with 24-Bit/192 kHz digital input, 20 Watts of power.
One step down from the MS40, these extremely compact, super-affordable 2 x 10-Watt near field monitors feature ultra-high resolution 24-bit/192 kHz D/A converters, which let you connect digital sources directly in order to eliminate analog line-loss and hum. Connect your computer sound card, keyboard, MP3 & Mini Disc players and enjoy excellent detail and great dynamics—Optical and coaxial inputs to directly connect digital audio sources by S/PDIF interface! The built-in amplifiers offer plenty of headroom, while the powerful woofers and tweeters provide an ultra-linear frequency response. Two stereo analog inputs featuring 1/8-inch TRS and stereo RCA connectors can be used simultaneously or mixed with a digital stereo source. The speakers also feature individual volume controls for both Line inputs plus Bass and Treble EQ controls, and there is a 1/4-inch TRS headphone connector with a front-panel auto-mute loudspeaker function.

Super sound in a small package
Product Rating
What is your opinion of this product?
I love the SPDIF input, far better sound quality than the audio output on my desktop PC. Volume is more than adequate for near field use and stereo imaging is excellent. Bass response is surprisingly good for a small speaker, but I still need my big monitors to really hear the bass in the mix.

Sound good to me.
As mentioned, built like small tanks,
I like having the option to adjust bass and tremble and to split the volume to my choice.
Simple hookup. Plug and play.
I like it. I don't crank em up like some may, but I like the sounds coming out of them a lot.
They've been playing for maybe half a year now and still sound great to me.
Your general opinion of this product.
I really think these are sweet little speakers. They seem built like a tank and look pretty good. Work really nice with my PC and Breakfast With The Beatles is a fav streaming radio station. These speakers have the Fab Four sound nice.

Great Buy
I was very impressed with the quality of the speakers, study enclosures and compact.
The ability to use the audio optical connection truly enhances the sound quality of the speakers. I was surprised it was included in such an inexpensive package.
The speakers are quiet easy to use... strightforward and simple.
The sound it awesome for such small speakers, which includes base and treble contols.
I have had no problem with my speakers. I use them to enhance PowerPoint presentations and they ahve made a big difference in audience responses... everyone ooh's and aah's about the sound!
Your general opinion of this product.
I am very please with this pruchase and the added bonus is that it was on sale when I purchased it. Only $99, tax and shipping included!

clay doesn't know what he's talking about
very well built, thick panels with good insulation
flexibility is perfect for amateur users, many ways to connect your various gadgets.

sound is very strong for speakers this size and price. maybe clay got a bad pair, but mine rock! they do not distort until almost full volume, and they lay waste to any $20. computer speakers i have ever heard. forget about those stupid, tiny unpowered speakers that plug into your ipod headphone jack, or any "docked" speaker system. these are the real deal.
i blew all the fuses almost immediately, but it was a simple repair. just unscrew the back and replace the crappy stock fuses with quality and slightly higher amperage fuses, and the speakers work great.
Your general opinion of this product.
these are perfect speakers for use w/ a computer or mp3 player if you want high quality, portable sound. i power them with an inverter and a 12V battery on my sailboat, and they are more than adequate. of course you can get more bang and better sound, but not for $100. this was money well spent.

Awful to put it lightly!!
well they seem to be built well
it has bass, treble, volume and headphones
plug em in
They are absolutely horrible you could get just as good a sound out of some computer monitors that cost 20 bucks! for $100.00 it could be the worst $100 you could spend in your life time,,,the speakers when turned up to maybe halfway destorts something awful,, I mean they are just bad.
Your general opinion of this product.
I dont mean to bash but I just want everyone to spend 100.00 on something that is worth it if you are looking for cheap monitors there has to be something better
