great for live bar gigs because when some a-hole steals it you're not out a lot of money. good little phaser anyway.

Absolutely worth every red cent
What is your opinion of this product?
I had a gift certificate for this thing, so I got it for not much over a buck of my own money, but I’d have nary an inkling of regret if I’d shelled 80 bucks for it, much less 25–and I’m a ridiculous tight-wad. It is a wonderful sounding phaser. I’ve played guitar for nearly 30 years, and have owned many pedals before—including two notably more expensive phasers—and this is my favorite phaser I have ever used. Its sound is lush and can be subtle or heavy. I much prefer the tone knob down, though, on the vintage or non-heavy setting. It gels well with my other pedals, and I find it sturdy enough too, despite what I have read in some reviews. The EHX Small Stone this unit seeks to replicate is likely more robust in design, but for $25, this thing exceeds expectations in hardiness and audial quality. The switch is dead silent. It is rather bulky though, if pedal board “real estate” is a concern. The VP-1 certainly meets my need for a straight-up, basic, cool-as-hell sounding phaser.

Not as Great as I hoped
What is your opinion of this product?
The actual phase sound(s) are pretty vintage, which is what I was looking for, but the gain when engaged dropped too much. If there is a way to fix that, it would be acceptable. Didn't put into my pedal lineup due to gain problem.
