Product Description

The Digitech TimeBender delay pedal does just what the name implies, bends time. The TimeBender goes where no delay has gone before. Go Beyond
The TimeBender goes beyond normal delays to create custom repeat rhythms or patterns on the fly by simply strumming the guitar. Up to 6 taps can be set to quickly create delays that would normally take a rack of effects and hours of programming. For instance; a 6 tap moving head tape delay can be created where the delay taps are not equally spaced but fall on beats set by the guitarist.

New Tones
Topping off the TimeBender is the ability to add intelligent harmonies to the delays. Choose from over 100 different voicing’s including octaves, 5ths, 3rds, etc. When the repeats are turned up layers of singing angelic tones are created to form never heard effects.

Power at Your Feet
The TimeBender offers more than a full rack of delay effects topped with intelligent harmony and the ability to quickly set the repeat rhythms–never has a delay so advanced been this easy to use and packed in a pedal. The TimeBender is the delay that all other will be judged by.

Combination after Combination
Delays come in many flavors. Below are some favorite delays using the TimeBender.
Rock-a-billy slap: Achieved with a Fixed Head Tape delay set to 150ms or where your foot taps it in. Usually 10 percent feedback, tone at 10 o’ clock. Just a straight ahead delay.

Crystallized layers: Start with a Digital delay, tap a longer delay time. Set the pattern to Strum and strum in the delay rhythm you want. Add slow modulation and turn the Tone up.

Rhythm lines: Take an Analog Delay, turn the repeats down. Set the Harmony to to h and O. Play a note and see where the repeats take you. It becomes part of your rhythm track.

Great pedal for the money
Product Rating
Your general opinion of this product.
This pedal is a phenomenal buy. The delay flexibility alone makes it worth the asking price at AMS(I think most retailers are asking $200), but when you factor in the modulation and pitch that you can blend into the delays, it amazing! I don't much use the looper as I have a dedicated device for this so I cannot speak to it's usefulness. Other reviewers seem to like it that feature a lot. The delays can also be grouped in patterns that are really nice. I was looking to buy a Strymon Timline, but went with this when I saw the price. I may still buy the Strymon to replace another delay in my effects chain. Overall, I would recommend this pedal to anyone looking for a delay with creative, flexible options.

Master of Time & Space !!
Your general opinion of this product.
Most versatile delay I've ever played. Wish the looper was a little "bigger", but is adequate.

Not worth it at all!!!
Your general opinion of this product.
I picked mine up on clearance for $160 and returned it within a week. Yes it has many unique features but they sound so bad that its unusable. Trying to be a Strymon Timeline doesn't mean you're going to get close to the same tone. AMS has many other delays to choose from that sound better.
