Lee Malia is the lead guitarist for Bring Me the Horizon, the hard rocking British quintet that’s breaking new ground with their pioneering combination of metal and electronica. With the release of their latest album Sempiternal and a sold out U.S. tour, Bring Me the Horizon is quickly becoming one of the most talked about bands of the decade. And Lee Malia’s incredible technique and melodic style can be heard on stages around the world on his new Ltd. Ed. Epiphone Signature Les Paul Custom.

The Lee Malia Les Paul Custom was inspired by the Les Paul Artisan, a now-rare 70’s classic. The Lee Malia Les Paul Custom features a Walnut Gloss finish with a Maple top and a Mahogany body cut to the same dimensions of all classic Les Pauls. The body has 7-layer binding on the front and back in Ivory and Black. The black pickguard has 3-layer black and white binding.

For his signature Les Paul, Lee Malia choose a unique combination of Gibson pickups. The neck pickup features a Gibson USA P-94TM single coil pickup (also a favorite of Mr. Les Paul himself). The bridge pickup features a hot-wound Gibson USA 84T-LMTM humbucker, which breaks up easily with any amp. The humbucker also features coil-tapping, which is activated via the bridge pickup’s push/pull volume control. Both pickups are controlled by a standard 3-way all-metal Epiphone white toggle switch with Black Tophat controls with metal inserts and volume and tone for each pickup.

The Ltd. Ed. Lee Malia Signature Les Paul Custom comes with Epiphone’s world renowned hardware including a gold LockTone Tune-o-matic bridge and gold Stopbar tailpiece. Other hardware features include Epiphone’s exclusive non-rotating heavy duty output jack, straplocks, and gold premium die-cast machine heads with metal “tulip” buttons with a 14:1 tuning ratio. An optional hard case is also available.

What is your opinion of this product?
Hi , I just bought this guitar from this website. Once I saw it i knew i had to have it, the reviews certainly sold me, but for the one guy who said he got a monday hangover guitar, well so did I. First the positives, the wood working is fantastic. The neck is arrow straight and the finish is flawless, this guitar feels like it was indeed made in the 1970's. Do not be scared off by the neck profile. I own 3 Jacksons from the 90's and this guitar is nothing like them but for one thing, the playability. I have literally played this guitar for 6 hours straight!!! I cannot put it down, nor do I want to put it in its case, its beautiful. Now the negatives. The 3 way toggle did not work in the middle position, I had to repair the sloppy solder job. The frets on the EAD side of the fretboard had some chatter from the fret crowning tool, I bought a fret polishing kit for $15 and spent the hour or so cleaning them up. The action was set so high on the low string side it was laughable. All in all

Built like it was made in '76
What is your opinion of this product?
This guitar comes from the Guitar Crafting Experts known the world over for their Craftsmanship. If I didn't know better and this guitar was just handed to me I would have a hard time believing it was a reproduction. Epiphone and their guitar makers are hitting a stride in perfection; couple that with AMS shipping and thoughtfulness it's a Win Win combination. Product is Well worth the money. I Love this thing.

    Absolute home-run, beautiful guitar!!!
What is your opinion of this product?
This LP is flawless, gorgeous, and sounds sweeter than a Mother's love. Only even slightly "negative" thing I would add is, it should include a hard case. Why on earth would anyone ship something so beautiful in a cardboard box? :)

What is your opinion of this product?
Very impressed with this guitar. Was set-up nicely out of the box. Nice, low action and the frets were buzz-free. The Gibson pickups are amazing. The P94 and 84t humbucker combo really complement each other well and offer an excellent tonal variety. Easily the best sounding, highest quality Epiphone I've ever played. Would highly recommend.

    Great bang for the buck
What is your opinion of this product?
Very impressed with the guitar. I own a 1976 Gibson 3PU Artisan, with the coil tap the Epi sounds very much like my Gibson. Love the P94. I would recommend this guitar to anyone. The inlay on the neck and Headstock is amazing.

What is your opinion of this product?
Bought memorial day, shipped on tuesday, arrived today. This is ****ing amazing! Perfect fit and finish on everything!. Feels like it was made for me! Smooth frets, decent action, and perfect intonation, right outta the box. The p94 and split humbucker is pretty cool, only been playing it about an hour. Besides it being not one solid piece body, this is as good as my 2014 Gibson LesPaul classic, which I also bought from AMS! Thank you for your badass payment options! And do your self a favor and pull the trigger if your itching for a unique looking and amazing sounding LP without spending 4000 on a customshop Gibby.
