Product Description

Created alongside Page himself, the Jimmy Page Telecaster also boasts personalized touches like a Jimmy Page signature on the headstock and on the custom chrome neck plate, a red coiled cable and a vintage-style “stained glass” strap. About his beloved Telecaster, Jimmy said it best: “I really made it my own – it’s quite a magical guitar.”

Fender Jimmy Page Telecaster Guitar with Case Features
  • White Blonde lacquer finish
  • Two custom-wound Jimmy Page ‘59 Tele single-coil pickups
  • Custom “Thin D”-shaped maple neck; 7.25”-radius slab rosewood fingerboard
  • Dual “top loader” bridge with threaded steel saddles
  • Includes Vintage-Style Black Hardshell case
When the opening riff of “Good Times Bad Times” came through the radio in 1969, everything changed. In that moment Jimmy Page cemented his legacy and altered the course of popular music with a single guitar: his Fender Telecaster. The Fender Jimmy Page Telecaster is an homage to that guitar, which began life in its factory White Blonde lacquer finish, then became the “mirror guitar” before taking on its final form – a magical one-of-a-kind instrument, hand-painted by Page himself, that would go on to produce some of the most iconic riffs of the 20th Century.

The Jimmy Page Telecaster features a two-piece ash body stripped and hand-painted with Page’s original design – colorful curls of green, orange, yellow, blue and red that snake around the guitar in a serpentine fashion. A pair of Fender Jimmy Page Custom Tele single-coil pickups deliver the incendiary, full-bodied tone that inspired the unforgettable licks on Led Zeppelin’s first album. The custom “Thin D”-shaped maple neck has a 7.25”-radius slab rosewood fingerboard with 21 vintage-style frets, giving it a smooth playing feel. The “top-loader” bridge allows for through-body or top-load stringing, which produces a rounder, warmer tone and less tension so you can bend the strings with ease. Other features include a bone nut, vintage-style tuning machines and disc string tree for an authentic style and performance.

Amazing and affordable recreation of an iconic guitar
Product Rating

Product Review

Likes: Fit and finish was flawless. Neck is beefy but extremely comfortable. It just looks cool. Dislikes: Pickups sound a little bit harsher than the Mirror version. ( I own both.) Overall I really like this guitar and would recommend it, particularly if you are looking to recreate some late Yardbirds and/or early Zeppelin sounds.

Plays like a legendary guitar

Product Review

While I don’t play line a legend, this guitar could be played by one. I have always enjoyed the sound achieved by players while they were utilizing a Tele. I usually play on an old classical guitar. I have grown used to that neck shape so I usually find the shape of the standard Tele neck to feel unfamiliar to my hand. The neck on this guitar feels wider and flatter so more like a classical to me. I’m not saying it is a classical style neck just wider and flatter feeling to me. I was not sure about buying it because I’ve played other Tele’s and was not sold on how the neck felt to me, they sound great but didn’t feel right. I got this one well because “Jimmy Page “ so even if I didn’t like the neck who cares again “Jimmy Page “ so whatever. Then I played this guitar and I was like .”this guitar is magical!!”. I had never played a Tele that felt like it just wanted to be played like this one does. I cannot recommend this guitar enough. It is expensive but worth every penny. Take advantage of the no interest payment plan I did and am glad I did.
