Can't wait to master this combo. My uncle owned one. If heavy equals valuable than this is gold. It's just a wonderful piece besides its obvious function and style. It's almost become an obelisk- we galther around to discuss other musical possibilities- I'm so happy I got this amp, warm and

    Great Amp-limited applications...
What is your opinion of this product?
Cons: noise--buy an 'always on' shunt plug 1/4" for footswitch jack. It should square up any reverb/vibrato issues and may quiet a bit of any noise... -without silent switching tube drive/distortion the sound will be fender, any pedal will work to dirty up the fender clean... ---Pros: excellent diversity-I use a Radial hot shot passive A/BºY amp/channel switcher. I run 2 Sampler tape echoes as stacked delays in stereo with a MXR 10-band EQ for 12 dB of boost/cut to shape a slight distorted drive...this 'stereo' '68 twin reverb is a JC120 on steroids!---The effect is majestic with no ear fatigue. This is my home and gigging rig.

    Mixed Feelings
What is your opinion of this product?
I wanted to love this amp. I use to play a Fender Twin when I was a teenager, and I wanted another after years with a Marshall. It was great when I was in a rockabilly band, because it's clean sound is great, but to get any breakup requires volume that blows you off the stage. It's really tricky to cover a lot of genres and get good tones without blasting the amp. To add to my frustration, I've had issues with the amp working twice now. My circuit board fried once after I had it for about 3 months of limited play, and now my Custom channel quit working and I have to take it in for repair again. This will be a much better studio amp for what I do. Just ordered a Fender Hot Rod Deville, which is currently on the truck for delivery. I hope my frustrations with this amp with be over when I get it back. It can sound awesome.

    I'm in LOVE!
What is your opinion of this product?
I was only looking for bright '68 period sound... wasn't really influenced by the Fender description for the 'custom' channel. While playing around with this for awhile, and trying both channels to achieve different tones - all I can say is: "WOW!!!" Fender really put some thought into this... and some really nice touches too! It's like having two totally different amps in one enclosure. The custom 12" speakers really top off the whole package with an enhanced vintage tone.

    Sweet vintage
What is your opinion of this product?
Best fender amp ever made I've owned this amp for 6 months. This amp is like having two separate amps you can chain the custom channel and vintage channels hundreds of tonal options! Double the amp. It's the closet to vintage bassman sound I think It sounds clear and bolder. They kicked it out the park on this one. I've owned probably 20 fender amps in 45 years
