This guitar has a great vintage look and sound to match. I play this through a Marshall JCM 2000 and it just rips. The P-90's give this guitar a rich sound and when pushed a great vintage punk sound. Johnny Thunders would be proud. The neck has a great feel and the action is low and almost plays its self. This guitar came set up and stays in tune perfectly. Definitely a plug in and play. The TV Yellow finish is glossy and beautiful. The case it comes with is also very plush and the guitar fits snug with no movement. Overall this is a great guitar at a great price. I highly recommend purchasing this. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE IT

What is your opinion of this product?

I LOVE it... changed the strings to .10's...stays in tune,nice and light like my SG. The "KEY" to any electric is playing it un-plugged. It rings for days and when you play a simple G chord in a clean amp...it RINGS !!! If you want to get Crunchy... you'll think you have a compressor on. Easy access to the higher frets and I do play a lot of Slide. Yeah I am not fond of the logo or the neck connecting to the body a few frets short... The Custom shop wants $4900 for a reissue...NOPE... I love this one.

What is your opinion of this product?

After a set up this baby plays like a dream & stays in tune for days. The TV yellow finish is eye catching and the slim neck is comfortable. I love the bridge pup — plenty of clarity and bite turned down and can roar at higher volume. I normally play a Telecaster and the Special has a similar classic sound and feel. The P90’s are great and the tortoiseshell pickguard gives it a stylish finidh. I have always wanted one of these or a Junior but couldn’t pay for a custom shop version so when I saw this I had to get one. No regrets!
