Product Description

Hand-built in Bozeman, Montana, the Gibson J-15 features the same luthiery techniques that make Gibson’s most sought-after instruments. The combination of a Sitka Spruce top, gorgeous Walnut back and sides and a Round Shoulder Dreadnought body shape makes for a guitar with outstanding resonance, bass response and a clear top end. Other features include a dovetail neck-to-body joint secured with hide glue, scalloped bracing, and a hand sprayed nitrocellulose lacquer finish.

Really Enjoying This Guitar

Product Review

I have a 2016 model of the J-15; bought it on Reverb August 2017. I had my local luthier do a set-up on it and other than that the faux tortoise shell pickguard began to peel up and I had the same luthier remove and re-attach. Big sound, nice bright tone for a dreadnought, but good bass. Playability is super. As they say, great bang for the buck.

Product Review

This guitar sounds so amazing, each strum brings it to life more and more. Beautifully designed, super comfortable feel in your hands. All in all an amazing guitar, warm sound, smooth play. Only had it for a couple weeks and I love it.
