Best Gigging Acoustic Sound
Product Rating

Product Review

Most acoustic electric guitars fail at live music applications. If you've been to an open mic, then you've no doubt heard the biting, thin, piezo sound from one performer after another. The Godin solves this problem. The blend of all three pick up options gives a round full sound that can be tweaked infinitely. A cool perk is being able to run the lipstick pup out to an amp and blending in some grit or other affects... all those layered acoustic and electric sounds from multitracked recordings can be obtained by one player live. In the few weeks, I have gigged with this guitar, it has gotten enormous compliments. The Godin name is synonymous with quality, and people recognize it's worth. It plays perfect. If you need acoustic tones live, this is the one.
