    Spectacular looking and sounding guitar!
    Product Rating
What is your opinion of this product?
I'm a working musician and I bought the sparke top pro jet. Sounds like you'd think a Gretsch of this kind would. Well balanced and not as heavy as it looks. Love the Bigsby. Although not necessary, be prepared to have the guitar set up professionally to get the best out of it. You may want to get the hard case as gig bags fit too tight for my liking with Bigsby. It's just a great looking/sounding guitar for the money.

With the looks and sounds of this guitar I didn't need to buy the special $3300.00 George Harrison model!

    Best Guitar I Have Owned
What is your opinion of this product?
Love this guitar! Have had it for about a year now. The neck is ideal - very comfortable, easy to access to the 22nd fret. Lots of flexibility in tone settings. Master volume is very convenient. Bigsby works good - no tuning issues (I use nut grease). The gold finish is drop dead gorgeous. I also love the slightly larger body as compared to a Les Paul or a Strat. Finally, the screw in strap buttons are a nice touch - avoids wear and tear on the strap when removing from guitar. Been playing for nearly 60 years and have owned Fenders, Gibsons, Rickenbackers, Epiphones, Italia, Ibanez, etc. So when I say this is the best guitar I have owned, that is quite a compliment!

Retro Vibe, versatile sounds, impeccable build quality.
What is your opinion of this product?
Very versatile sounds. Clean highs with no "ice pick in your ears". Middle position gives a "creamy jangle" while the bridge position brings the growl and meat when you dig in or turn up the gain. Came out of the box set up and intonated perfectly. No flaws in the finish. Double boxed by vendor (AMS). However, it loses a star since I had to put a $6 eBay roller saddle on it for Bigsby tuning stability. I also folded up a dryer sheet and wedged it under the pickguard to suppress some static generated by the pearloid pickguard (easy fix to common problem with these type of pickguards) that registered on the pickups. Seriously though, despite these two little hiccups, it required less work than any guitar I've ever had, and I WON'T need to replace the stock pickups - they're great. Recommend Dunlop Nickel Wound 9s when you decide to replace the stock strings (though I kept the original strings for a few weeks). Purchased via AMS 3-payment plan, which was also trouble-free.
