    Product Description

Working from the chassis of Ibanez’ RG series, the Iron Label Ibanez RGIR20E Electric Guitar is modded and tweaked with metal in mind. The RGIR20E’s basswood body hits that perfect combination of comfortable to shoulder but rich in sustain. The depth of the black finish nearly rivals the sonic underworld that Iron Label axes are built to explore.

Ibanez RGIR20E Iron Label Electric Guitar Features

    • Nitro Wizard neck and Basswood body
    • Bound Rosewood Fingerboard
    • Edge Zero II bridge
    • EMG 60 and EMG 81 Active Humbuckers
    • Includes Signal Deadening Killswitch!
With jumbo frets and a bound fingerboard, playing speed and comfort are carried to a new level with the latest Nitro Wizard neck design on the Ibanez RGIR20E Iron Label Guitar. No matter what your signal chain, an EMG 60 in the neck position, and an EMG 81 in the bridge guarantees a thick, complex distortion from which to carve your signature sound.

The reliable Edge Zero II tremolo system is the envy of the industry, and the performance enhancing killswitch puts you in command of a head-turning strobe effect. With the purposefully Spartan Iron Label, you won’t find a feature here that doesn’t contribute directly to waking the dead.

Not as impressed as I thought I'd be.

What is your opinion of this product?
Tone of the wood along with the EMG's is great, but the tremolo system leaves a LOT to be desired. There seems to be a lot of friction at the nut, and you can even hear creaking at the locking nut as you pull on the tremolo. Needless to say, it does not stay in tune after use of the tremolo. I was hoping the "Edge Zero II" would perform as promised.
