Probably THE most comfortable guitar I’ve ever played

Product Review

...and by “comfort”, I mean playability and over all feel of the guitar. I’ve owned a few American Series Jackson’s in the past, and lemme tell you, they are gorgeous guitars. Fret work, hardware, materials, and over all fit and finish have always been flawless on the ones I’ve owned. The neck is like buttah!! I’ve always preferred Ebony fretboards over other woods, and I find playing on this neck is so easy and fluid. The compound radius board helps with that as well. The price of an American Series Jackson has gone up significantly over the past 10 or so years, since Fender bought the company, but like the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” Save your money and get one. They are absolutely worth every penny!

Mr. Crowley

I have two American made Jacksons, and they have the best feel and sound of any guitar. That includes my Les Paul Standard and Strat.

Still looks brand new. Take care of it with adjustments on the neck and bridge.

Your general opinion of this product.

Best guitar ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Its light weight, the ergonomics are outstanding, and the neck is to die for. I wish my girlfriend felt like this.

It has a bright and snappy tone. But can really cover most tones.

I have a sunburst SL2H soloist and it still looks brand new, even though its 9 years old.

Awesome

USA Jackson Quality!

10 out of 10. I've heard some horror stories about some Jacksons, but I think those are random isolated incidents. Every USA Jackson I have ever played has been like a dream.

This is my first USA Jackson and I've had it for about 3 months. It has stood up fine to being lugged back and forth between home and practice. Other Jacksons I've had longer have stood up well and I expect the USA RR1 to hold up even better.

Your general opinion of this product.

USA Jacksons are some of the best guitars out there. Period. The iconic shape of the Randy Rhoads is well represented in this USA Select series instrument.

The guitar plays like a dream, as it should for a $2K+ USA made instrument. The neck is smooth & fast and the compound radius fretboard is the best I have ever played on. Due to the Alder body, the guitar is fairly light weight, also a plus! I have the RR1T with tune-o-matic in place of the Floyd.

Again, wood combo and p/u selection. EMGs sounds awesome and so do the stock Duncans. Mine sounds amazing via my 6505+ and Marshall 1960B.

Mine is Metallic Silver and it looks incredible!!! Finish is flawless! AMS - CARRY MORE FINISHES! THIS GUITAR COMES IN 29 FINISH OPTIONS! ONLY BLACK?!?

One word: BUTTER.

Best Metal Guitar made!

USA made with good quality control... not slapped together. You can tell someone cared about what they were making

Very solid... and super finish and attention to detail. It's USA made with good quality control.

Your general opinion of this product.

The guitar is iconic. As soon as you plug in you here awesome metal tones.

As I mentioned before the neck is thin, the guitar plays very very fast... I have no issues with knob placement

Bright, hot, and nasty (in a good way)... I use Daddarios 115's 11 - 49 strings and it's very thick sounding. It's tuned in E standard... I have a fixed bridge guitar for dropped tunings.

I have just black and it's evenly applied, glossy - looks great. I keep my guitars clean and waxed - no relics here - I grew up on relics... but shiny glossy and looks very professional.

The action is low - no buzz, better for lead but chords well too. The neck is THIN and sweet.

Sweetest V ever by Jackson!

Seems to have a solid contruction. I never had problem with Jackson's and I own two.

I've had it for about 6 months already and it's great. I take very good care of my guitars though and this is my baby. But it seems like it could take a beating.

Your general opinion of this product.

This is fast playing guitar for shredding. The neck is smooth and fast. It's really made for playing live. The pick ups are nice, clean , and silent. But still pretty hot for passives. Duncans always knows best when it comes to passives I think. Everyone that looks at it falls in love and it pretty much makes you look kool instantly without fail no matter how you look like or do. Best V guitar ever pretty much.

The neck is smooth and fast. Because it's a neck throuhg the sustain is pretty mean. It's really made for playing live because of its really light and it's easy access shape to the higher frets. Obviously it's a pain in the ass to practice with it sitting down so that really sucks... the controls are pretty much in the standard place so it's wasy to access.

The pick ups are nice, clean , and silent. But still pretty hot for passives. Duncans always knows best when it comes to passives in my opinion.

Amazing! I love white guitars and this one is pristine alpine white beauty. It's perfect and will make you look like a million bucks!

It was pretty dead on. No complaints on that part.

Jackson's Finest Creation

Your general opinion of this product.

QUALITY:
I dont think you can make a guitar any better. The materials are made with the best materials possible, maybe the tuners could be better.

FEATURES:
The most impressive feature would have to be the very fast neck, which is made out of the best; ebony. The body is normally frowned upon as ridiculous, i find extrememely comfortable. Even more comfortable then the generic shapes u see today. I also find it to be more comfortable then a Semetrical shaped V like ESP's "Dv-8 "or, the Deans "V" and so on. what i find the least impressive is maybe the floyd, in the sense that its a B@# to tune and change strings, but i think the floyd still is worth the hassle

EASE OF USE:
I think this product is extremely playable. But hard to use, with the floyd and tuning strings. witch is a price u have to pay... if you dont want to have the luxuries and negatives of the floyd u can get the RR1T witch is the exact same guitar, just without the f
