Not too light, not too heavy. Sounds punishing through my 5150III 50 watt. Floyd Rose is what it is, had mine blocked and reset with slightly heavier strings and now it’s perfect. First V for me and I’m happy with it!

1 bad apple?

Product Review

I received the guitar in perfect condition. Within a couple of days the A string snapped which is okay because I like to use my own strings. After 30 years of playing on Floyd Rose I am very capable of setting them up but this one just wont stay in neutral setting. I will be replacing springs soon to hopefully remedy the issue. The neck is very fast and easy to play for a 7 string. The pickups give a tone that seems to have too much bass. It is the only guitar out of my 18 that I have to change the EQ on my amp. Its not a bad guitar, just too much work for this amount of money. I hope I just got a bad apple from a great guitar maker.
