The rod combination extends to over 6.5 feet (2 meters) with additional locking mechanism. The extendable boom arm has a 3 kilogram counterweight and 5/8 inch connecting thread to handle any studio microphone. An additional mini boom arm with 5/8 and 3/8 inch connecting thread is fully adjustable regardless of the position of the main boom arm.
